Overall we are very happy with Magnolia Springs Loveland community, we really like all the staff there. Even with the turnover rates they are being proactive by hiring outside agencies to fill in the gaps.... The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The management is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I've not had any issue that has not been resolved within the same day.

It’s pricey, but it’s very nice, and the staff was professional and caring. For that kind of facility, the food was really good and everybody had a private room there. I had a small apartment on my own where there’s a bedroom, a bath, a shower, and a small kitchenette with a small refrigerator, sink, shelves, and stuff. This place is awful the head nurse Monti was extremely rude and condescending the entire time I saw her. Some of the staff is nice which is the only reason it even gets one star.
